DESCRIPTION:Come learn how to teach your existing curriculum using agriculture as the real life\, applicable context for you students' learning. Focused on K-8th educators. You will get a behind the scenes tour of the vineyard and see how modern viticulturists are working to protect the land. You'll explore the "living lab" of the vineyard and see how regenerative practices are being used to promote soil health and biodiversity. Then learn how to incorporate the agriculture into your work with students.Cost is $30* per participant\, which includes tour\, lunch/snacks\, and classroom resources valued at $100.
